SHOP UPDATE. To stop myself literally splitting in two trying to do it all (run the shop, hand-blend products, fulfil orders, therapy appointments, consultations, run events, workshops), from next week the shop will be open on Fridays & Saturdays ONLY. I'm hoping this will help things run more efficiently (including me!), while I wait for the new shop owners to finalise their lease. Remember you can always contact me - just message, text, email or call me. All details are on my bio at the top of the page. #takingcontrol

My view is that the main hormone imbalancers are stress & toxic chemicals. While we can't control all our toxic chemical intake we can make lifestyle changes to reduce stress & strengthen our immune system. I've had personal experience & seen with clients how the use of essential oils can bring balance to your hormones. So I offer products made consciously. I take a long time to source the most body-friendly ingredients I can & blend them with pure aromatherapy oils to offer you holistic options to hormone imbalances #justforyou
Thank you @sophiejewry for a fabulous day focussing on the business year ahead. Totally mind blowing, inspiring & I'm ready to roll #focus #yourbusiness
Soaking my bean mega mix. Why? Because what you eat effects how your skin looks. These colourful little fellas contain vitamins A, Bs, C, D, E, K, folic acid, potassium, magnesium & zinc. They also help cleanse skin, reduce acne & clear toxins from the body. #beautyinsideandout
LIVE BEAUTY for Skin, Body & Mood: I made this recipe last night & applied it very warm. The aroma was sweet & comforting rather than full-on chamomile & the honey helped hold the heat in. Once it started to feel too cool, I soaked a clean face flannel in hot water. Squeezed it out & placed it over my face. It started to warm the mask again - felt amazing. When it cooled, I took the flannel off my face, rinsed it in hot water & used it to removed the mask. My skin looked radiant, felt warm, clean & I had the best night's sleep I've had in ages. If you're feeling the cold & your skin's feeling in need of love, give my recipe a go.
Last night's BBC - The Truth About Looking Good, presented evidence of the Halo Effect (showed that how attractive someone is perceived to be, is influenced by their personality). So in celebration, I'm posting a photo of four ladies who are living proof of how positive outlooks enhance Skin, Body, Mood & bring pure 'joie de vivre' to the people they come into contact with #positivevibes
